Resurge Buffalo SMS Messaging Program
The Resurge Buffalo SMS Messaging Program provides text messages to individuals who opt in. Messages may include, but are not limited to:
Appointment-related communications
Service updates
Responses to inquiries
Account or service-related notifications
Message frequency varies based on user interaction.
Opt-Out Instructions
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to (716) 402-7856.
Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. After this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from Resurge Buffalo.
Rejoining Instructions
If you previously opted out and wish to rejoin the Program, you may sign up again using the same method you used initially. Once re-enrolled, SMS messages will resume.
